Senior Product Manager

This role will give some ITSM Rock Star the chance to own the creation and management of a world-class ITSM solution. The right candidate can work remotely, so location is flexible. We offer equity as part of the compensation for this role.
This team member will own the Cadalys ITSM™ app from a Product Management perspective. They will be responsible for prioritizing the functional roadmap based on customers’ demands and competitive positioning against other offerings, and ensuring that the functionality is aligned with ITIL best practices. This individual will meet with key/strategic customers quarterly to review the use of the application and to solicit enhancements requests and customer priorities to incorporate in the product roadmap.
Although this role is separate from the Lead Technical Architect assigned to this project, this team member will need to know the capabilities of the Salesforce platform to take advantage of the capabilities and to ensure the application is designed in accordance with Salesforce best practices.
You will liaise with the Support organization to ensure they are up to speed on the features in each new release, and to ensure that learnings from customer tickets are fed into the product roadmap. You will also coordinate with the Marketing team to give them the information they need to successfully showcase this app.

Senior Account Executive

Cadalys Care™ is a revolutionary application combining evidence-based care guidelines and Salesforce Health Cloud to lower costs and drive superior outcomes for both payers and providers. We have two live customers and more inbound leads from Salesforce than we can handle at present. We are seeking a senior account executive with extensive experience in the highly-specialized healthcare industry to take over some of the six-figure and seven-figure deals coming into our pipeline, and successfully co-sell deals with Salesforce sales teams. Equity and commission are part of the compensation package. Location is flexible provided you are near a major airport.
The successful candidate must have a demonstrated expertise closing six- and seven-figure deals while navigating the complexities of procurement in the healthcare industry. You must also be deeply familiar with the business challenges in the industry – our buyers love to grill salespeople and will shred people who do not understand the intricacies of the problems that our application solves.
The successful candidate will be personable, driven, and able to come up to speed quickly on our application. Strong connections in payers and/or providers is a plus, as is a passion for improving healthcare in America.

Cadalys’ Employee Engagement suite of apps consists of Cadalys Concierge™, a next-generation powerful and elegant engagement center, and Cadalys ITSM™ which helps companies manage the complexities of IT Service Management. Both apps are built on the Salesforce platform. Cadalys Concierge is live in 96 countries and 15 languages. Cadalys ITSM is still in development with a target launch in December and is already getting more inbound leads from Salesforce sales teams in the U.S. and abroad than we can handle with our current team. We are seeking an account executive with extensive experience in sales with a Salesforce AppExchange partner to join this exciting team. Salesforce is actively selling both apps, so while hunting will be a portion of this role the majority will be co-selling with the Salesforce sales teams that are bringing us into deals. The successful candidate must have a demonstrated track record in sales at a Salesforce AppExchange company. You must also have a solid understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, as this forms the backbone of both of our apps. Working knowledge of ITSM sufficient to discuss common use cases and how we solve them is preferable, although we will offer ITIL certification.
